Lately teacher and coordinator of the Ecole du Bordeaux Wine Tasting School, and in charge of the promotion of Bordeaux Saveurs, a group dedicated to "good life", exquisite food and great wines. Bordeaux Saveurs is managed by Jean Michel and Sylvie Cazes, the owners of Chateau Lynch-Bages in Pauillac, one of the most famous Bordeaux vineyards.
