The venues

I organize my lectures and events, according to the theme and to your needs

• In the beautiful "Musée des Arts du Cognac", a very modern museum dedicated to Cognacs, their production, and the arts of labels, posters, bottles...
• In meeting-rooms and tasting rooms:

- In the vineyards, in the small village of Segonzac( 15 km away from Cognac)

- In the centre of Cognac, in a nice 19th century building

• In distilleries, in Cognac houses...
  

For groups

• Events, conferences and tastings can be held in restaurant or conference rooms if required for bigger groups

The material

Exclusive sets developed or collected for the Ecole des Cognacs:

• a unique collection of sets of aromas specially developed for Cognacs. These aromas exist for wine, I designed a specific range for Cognacs

• samples of new-make spirits or aged eaux de vie
• ... and bottles of Cognacs of course!

For the more "classic courses", or when a formal presentation is requested, additional material is used:

• slides and videos created for the Ecole des Cognacs
  
  
• exclusive tasting sheets and tasting guidelines

All material, including a light video projector can be easily transported.

The Cognacs tasted

I am an independent taster. I do not sell Cognacs in any way. The Cognacs presented come from various small or big houses, they are selected only for their interest.

The teachers

I usually give the lectures and organize the tastings .Anyhow, from time to time, I may invite other lecturers, experts in another "nosing universe" for special courses or conferences.
