Classic workshops: conferences and tasting-courses

A more "academic" approach. Still relaxed, but dedicated to those who really want to increase their knowledge about Cognacs: slides, videos, tasting guidelines, tasting sheets, and of course tasting games, spirits.
These courses take place in meeting rooms or tasting rooms, they are designed for the connoisseur who wants to explore the world of Cognacs, to understand..and to appreciate.

You can join a collective course during summer.

The introductory workshop « Welcome to the world of cognacs” is completed by the nosing of old “eaux de vie” (you may even taste them…) aged with different methods and the tasting of 3 other old cognacs

A workshop for the passionate eager to increase their knowledge of the sub regions of the wide Cognac appellation area, and to taste “single-cru” Cognacs
