Created in 2006 for wine and spirit lovers, the “Ecole des Cognacs” or Cognac Tasting School, offers a unique opportunity to explore the universe of Cognacs. You will be introduced to the key steps of production of great Cognacs: terroirs, varietals, ageing, blending… and understand the birth of their aromas and styles.
These courses are designed for amateurs, the aim is to discover this new world of sensations and …enjoy it. A great experience for wine and spirit lovers.
